The Las Vegas community celebrated an innovative partnership with a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Boulder Highway Collaborative Campus on May 9th. Washoe County jurisdictions issued permits for a total of over 2,400 new multi-family units in 2017, a record high, according to preliminary data. Over 50% of total units issued permits were for multi-family. Clark County jurisdictions issued permits for 3,800 new multi-family units but has permitted a higher number of multi-family units nine of the sixteen years since the turn of the century.

SSFHC’s HEART Award will be presented by the Board of Trustees to Noble Studios of Reno.
