Do your property providers use Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata?

Property providers who utilize Yardi RentCafé, RealPage, or Entrata can now enjoy the benefits of ILS syndication on NVHousingSearch.org. 

After connecting accounts, landlords will see property updates automatically appear on their NVHousingSearch.org listings, saving landlords significant time on data entry.

IMPORTANT: Please post any property listings to be synced on NVHousingSearch.org *before* connecting your account to Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.

INSTRUCTIONS

Connect NVHousingSearch.org properties with Yardi:

1. Login to your Yardi RENTCafé Site Manager account.
2. Select “Company."
3. Select "Company Management."
4. Select "ILS Feed Setup."
5. Select "Emphasys Software/Socialserve."
6. Select “Unlisted."
7. Check "Send to ILS."
8. Select “Update.”

Connect NVHousingSearch.org properties with Entrata:

1. Log in to the Entrata Property Management portal.
2. Click on the “Setup" tab.
3. Click on “Leads," then "ILS Portal" for a directory of all websites on your MITS feed.
4. Scroll down to find and select "Emphasys Software National Housing Network (Socialserve.com)."
5. Click on the “Manage” button to add properties.

Connect NVHousingSearch.org properties with RealPage:

1. Log in to RealPage.
2. In “Marketing Center,” select the community you wish to sync.
3. Select the "Manage Syndication” tab.
4. Click the “Add Channel” button at the top of the page.
5. On the pop-up, select "Emphasys" to enable syndication.
