Cordero Pines Apartments is a brand new community in Las Vegas that is now leasing. The new family affordable apartment community located at 499 N. Lamb Blvd in Las Vegas will be opening December 2016. Cordero Pines will have 168 two, three and four bedroom apartments in the first phase finishing this year. An additional 60 apartments will be added in a second phase that will be opening in the middle of 2017. Rents will range from $584 to $918. Washers, dryers and walk-in closets are included in all units. Community amenities include a large clubhouse with program and service offerings, fitness center, playground, BBQ area, computer lab, swimming pool, covered parking and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Pets are allowed (some restrictions apply) and the property will have a dog park.
