Boulder Pines Apartments is a brand-new community in Las Vegas that is now leasing. The new family mixed income apartment community located at 4375 Boulder Hwy in Las Vegas HAS OPENED! Boulder Pines has 96 two, three and four-bedroom apartments in the first phase, which is complete. An additional 168 apartments have been added in a second phase that will be fully complete before the end of the year. Rents range from $775 to $1,354. Washers, dryers and walk-in closets are included in all apartment homes. Community amenities include a large clubhouse with program and service offerings, fitness center, playground, BBQ area, computer lab, swimming pool, covered parking and 24-hour emergency maintenance. The new community is gated with private access. Pets are allowed (some restrictions apply) and the property will have a spacious dog park. Boulder Pines is near bus lines, schools, and shopping.
