New Senior Property Open in Reno

Mayor Schieve Speaks at Vintage at Sanctuary Grand Opening in Reno

Today at the Grand Opening Ceremony, City of Reno Mayor Schieve thanked Dane Hillyard and his Vintage Housing team for developing Vintage at Sanctuary, a brand new 208-unit 55+ apartment community. Dane also took advantage of the occasion to thank his team members, the City, the Nevada Housing Division and all the partners both public and private that made this affordable property possible.

The 208 studio and one bedroom units are located at 301 Gentry Way not far from the Peppermill and the Atlantis Casinos. Within a half-mile radius lie a wide variety of services, grocery stores and restaurants. Several bus stops are also within walking distance.

All units have washers and dryers, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and microwaves. Community features include a clubhouse with serving kitchen, a mini-courtyard, a fitness facility, game room and arts and crafts room. An additional community amenity is the large number of solar panels helping to supply low cost energy to the apartment complex.

The property was developed by Greenstreet Companies and Vintage Housing and will be professionally managed by FPI Property Management. As of this writing, March 15, 2022, applications were still being taken. Rents ranged from $877 to $939 a month. Please contact the FPI Property Management team for more information.
