Modernization for Vera Johnson Manor townhouses

Vera Johnson Manor A, proudly developed by Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, is a townhouse style multi-family property initially constructed in 1984, which has undergone a comprehensive modernization in conjunction with the Nevada Housing Division’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Seventy-six units comprised of 62 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom apartments received various upgrades including new cabinets, floorings, appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Landscaping was carefully designed with water conservation in mind while preserving several of the mature trees giving the property beautiful, mature landscaping. Additional amenities that were added include a community garden, BBQ area with picnic tables, computer/study room and exercise room. This project was proudly developed by the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority and is managed by Parkplace Residential.
