Updated 2021 Affordable Housing List for Nevada

The 2021 update of the Nevada Low Income Housing Inventory is now available. The list includes residential housing that uses federal, state and local subsidies and includes public housing, tax credit housing, and private projects with HUD or USDA RD rental assistance contracts and more. It includes the most recent projects, including new properties that are under construction.

New information was added to the current version. There is a new column that indicates whether HUD's HOME program funding was ever used. In addition, a column gives the number of units that were set aside for households with 35% of HUD area median family income and/or have sliding scale rental assistance, and a similar column gives the same information for 50% of HUD area median family income.

The list is in an Excel spreadsheet and is sortable. A summary and key are included. The list is currently sorted by county.
