A new 230 unit senior development, Vintage at the Crossings, is scheduled to open this October in south Reno. The 230 one and two-bedroom units will be available to active seniors age 55 and up. Located at 11565 Old Virginia Road near the Damonte Ranch Parkway interchange, the apartment community is across the street from shopping with groceries, pharmacy, banking, restaurants and other retail stores all close-by. Bus route and hospital services are also close to the new property. All units have washers and dryers, patios or balconies, pantries, white cabinetry, granite countertops, black appliances, and all the usual kitchen amenities, basic cable packages are also available to purchase to be included in monthly rent. In order to meet the needs of residents with disabilities, all units include such features as low-ply carpeting and large accessible bathrooms.
