A new 360-unit apartment complex called Steamboat by Vintage is scheduled to open this October in south Reno. The 360 one, two and three bedroom units are located at  600 Geiger Grade Rd. in Reno near the intersection of Geiger Grade and South Virginia St. The apartment community is across the street from the Summit Mall and close to other shopping and services with groceries, pharmacy, banking, restaurants and other retail stores all close-by. Bus route and hospital services are also close to the new property. All units have washers and dryers, patios or balconies, pantries and all the usual kitchen amenities. Community features include a a one-mile loop trail along the creek for walking and biking, three playgrounds, an outdoor pool, dog park, basketball court, BBQ and gazebo, community room with kitchen, business center and fitness facility with cardio equipment and weights.

The property is being developed by Greenstreet Companies and Vintage Housing and will be professionally managed by FPI Property Management.
