New Rome Pines open in Las Vegas

Rome Pines Apartment Homes is a brand-new family apartment community in North Las Vegas that began welcoming its first residents in late 2019, and is already becoming "more than a home." The new mixed-income apartment community located on E. Rome Blvd. and North 5th St. is now open! Rome Pines, being built in three phases, will have a total of 288 one, two and three bedroom apartments at build-out. The phase that just finished has 24 one-bedroom, 36 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom units. One-tenth of the units have a veterans preference set-aside.
