Decatur Commons Senior Apartments is a brand-new affordable senior community for adults 55 years and older.  This community offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, and they are now taking applications from income qualified applicants.

Rents for the one-bedroom units start at $920 a month while rents for the two-bedroom units start at $1,105 a month. To qualify, applicant households must meet the minimum and maximum income limits for the apartment they are applying for.  Income restrictions and rent levels vary by household size and gross annual household income.  

Decatur Commons Senior Apartments is located at 450 S. Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas and will be finishing construction through Fall of 2022.  This community offers many amenities including a clubhouse, community room, free laundry room, fitness center, computer room, and swimming pool with spa. The community utilizes solar panels, low-VOC paint and carpeting, xeriscaping, ENERGY STAR® appliances and many other green building features.

Services and activities such as health screenings, employment counseling, computer classes, and social events are provided on-site. Decatur Commons is conveniently located on the city bus line stop.  The community is within walking distance of Decatur Meadows Shopping Center and the Meadows Mall, providing easy access to retail, groceries, pharmacies, banks, and restaurants. The property is being developed and managed by Nevada HAND.
