New Call Center for NVHousingSearch.org Adds New Chat Feature
NVHousingSearch.org is now supported by a new platform, MyHousingSearch.com, and new call center, Expivia. These replaced the Socialserve.com platform and call center. Socialserve.com has changed focus and is now known as the Housing Collaborative. The transition has been smooth with services offered by NVHousingSearch.org remaining the same, with the same website (NVHousingSearch.org), and same call center number (1-877-428-8844) and hours (Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time).
The new call center staff worked closely with Socialserve.com in the transition and new staff use the same training materials. The new Expivia housing locator staff are also dedicated solely to serving the needs of the landlords, agency staff and potential tenants using NVHousingSearch.org and the network of 30 or so sister locators around the country. Because of Expivia’s size, it is expected to be able to handle fluctuations in locator call volume with greater ease. More data on call volume by region will be available through Expivia.
One feature offered through the new call center is a “chat” button, providing yet another route to access customer support for the locator. The hours for the chat feature are the same as those for the call center.
