This new supportive housing was developed by The Empowerment Center (TEC) with Community Development Partners. TEC received a gift from an anonymous donor that allowed for purchase of the land for the new development. The three acre site is large enough to accommodate more housing; a second phase with 44 additional units is in the planning stages.

TEC is a Reno-based non-profit that currently provides recovery-based transitional housing for women. Community Development Partners specializes in developing affordable and service enriched housing in the western United States. The apartment complex is professionally managed by FPI.
