Biegger Estates Renovations

Biegger Estates was originally constructed in 1985 and has been undergoing renovation. It is a family property with 119 units which are a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. The renovations are designed to minimize disruption to current residents, who have first choice to remain at the property after rehabilitation is finished. New plumbing, wiring, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tubs and vanities, painting and appliances have been installed. New in-unit amenities include hardwood flooring throughout the units, covered patio/balcony areas, enclosed storage spaces, and washer/dryers provided in each unit. To conserve energy and reduce utility bills new vinyl dual-pane windows, exterior doors, additional furring, insulation and duct work as well as new gas-fired tankless hot water heaters have been installed. Security measures such as new lighting and security cameras were installed and water conservation measures were added inside and out. A new picnic area, flower/herb garden, outdoor recreation area, and xeriscape landscaping were added to the grounds. The community building has also been updated to include a computer/study room and a library/reading room supplied with books. The community will be managed by Cornerstone Property Management.
